This set of instructions will show you how to set your caller ID to the company standard.
1. Go to https://login.ringcentral.com/ and log in to the website.
2. Click "Settings"
3. , Click on "Outbound Calls/Faxes", then "Caller ID".
This is the area where you would change your caller ID settings.
Please edit all caller ID numbers with the exception of the Fax number to be your store's main number. Here is an example of how it will look once you change the caller ID.
