To begin this process, you need to have received an email from RingCentral that looks like the one below. If you have not gotten this email, please contact IT via a trouble ticket.


1. Click "Set Up Account"


2. Next, create your password and security questions:


3. Click "Launch it now" 


When starting the program, you will get a message requesting admin credentials. YOU CAN CLOSE OUT OF THIS MESSAGE and continue as normal. 


If the RingCentral app does not start, please contact the IT department to get it installed.
